Demi Lovato is a free woman again. We just hope that she's also a more secure and stable one this time. here are some pictures which were captured today in Santa Monica which shows her smiling and looking as cute as ever. She had a two-month stay in an Illinois facility where she fought through what a rep originally described as "emotional and physical issues."
