Mischa Barton is being sued by a nursing company that treated her back in 2009 and owes them over $95,000. Barton was treated by the private nursing company for an infection following her wisdom teeth removal.
The bill totaled up to $89,000, but after it was left unpaid, interest was added making it $95,000. A representative for the actress claims that this is the first time that she has heard about it. This is not the first time that Barton has managed to get herself in trouble. In 2007, she was arrested for having marijuana and for drunk driving.
